When you purchase on NexusMarket, your payment is held in secure escrow. Funds are only released to the seller after you confirm you've received your order in full. If something goes wrong, open a dispute within 72 hours and our team will resolve it.
Payouts are processed every Monday. Once initiated, bank transfers take 1–3 business days; PayPal and crypto withdrawals are usually instant. There is no minimum withdrawal amount.
